I am always happy with the product and the prices. It is a very affordable option for people with multiple pets! However this was the first time my product took three and a half weeks to arrive. My orders have always arrived either right at two weeks or just shortly after. I sent two separate emails regarding this and received no reply whatsoever. Although this was extremely disappointing I will continue to order from Petbucket because the prices are unbeatable!
