I have had wonderful service from Petbucket. Always have the opportunity to speak to someone and the employees are first rate. If a promise is made, it is kept. I have been working with Petbucket for some years now and they are constantly evolving, making changes that upgrade their service. Knowing upfront that the delivery time is about three weeks, it does not upset me because the reason we get the products at such good prices is that they come from a distance. Your prices are great. If in the US allow 2 weeks for delivery if not more. I just order a month ahead of when I Need the supplies. But the price difference is the thing that makes me continue to order from petbucket. Thx
