I've never had any problems with service. Shipping can be slow at times but I just make sure that when I get to my last tube of flea treatment, I order my next batch so I have plenty of time to get it in time for the beginning of the next month. I think a long time ago a shipment got lost in route but I just contacted Petbucket and I had it here in no time. That was the only problem I've ever had with this company. Great customer service otherwise which is why I've been a customer for years now. I check prices every once in a while and still, they are the best you can get. They add new treatments too. I'm a loyal fan.
